History
Electroflex (Pty) Ltd was established in 1988. At that time, the
company introduced several innovative products such as Standby Power Supplies, Fire Control Panels, Inverters, UPS’s
and electronic School Bells. These were manufactured and/or assembled in our factory and sold to government departments, private
institutions and individuals. During subsequent years the core business crystallized into the supply, maintenance and repair
of UPS’s and Generators. To date, Electroflex (Pty) Ltd has supplied over 3400 UPS’
and 1020 generators. The company has established ongoing maintenance contracts with over 282 customers. Staff at Electroflex
has increased to 22, including 12 technicians.
Going green
Electroflex has adopted
a 'going green' policy. For instance, expired and out of order batteries are sent for recycling, as well as wooden panels,
ink cartridges and waste paper, whilst no plastic bags are utilized.
Corporate responsibility
The
company is actively involved in various community activities, for the past two years Electroflex has carried out renovations
of the ablution blocks in the Khama Rhino Sanctuary and making them more user friendly.
